Through ongoing Research & Development, we continue to improve upon our metalization process in order to stay ahead of our customers' needs. With a watchful eye on every stage of production, from tooling to packing, we are constantly evaluating our quality and efficiency so that we can make adjustments and improvements when and where they are necessary to insure the highest standards are not only met, but that they are maintained.

Our Capabilities

60,000 sq.ft. of production allow us to process a wide range of products simultaneously. With our proprietary techniques we have the ability to handle all your plating requirements from the prototype stage to final production runs. Two locations enable us to have redundant manufacturing capability, using either one of our purpose-built vacuum metalizing facilities. Both locations are fully staffed and run three shifts on a year-round basis in order to meet all
your critical delivery schedules.
Designer’s Metalcraft, our custom metal fabrication shop, is able to manufacture any and all tooling necessary for your metalizing job. Through our close working relationship, we are able to reduce the lead times for new production tooling and maintain or improve any existing process fixtures to insure the integrity of our process.
We understand your priorities and work hard to address the needs of any project in a pro-active manner. Our goal is to more fully serve all of our customers so that they have more time to concentrate their efforts where they are most needed.
