This best in technology chain on edge UV cure paint line was designed for applying basecoats and topcoats for vacuum metalized cosmetic closures. The line is completely enclosed with a dedicated air make up unit that ensures positive pressure throughout the entire line creating a clean room enviroment. With high quality components such as Enercon Plasma Flame, Sata Spray Guns, and Fusion UV lamps the result is a ClassA high quality cosmetic finish ensuring the lowest possible reject percentage. The line throughput is up to 10,000 parts per hour or 200,000 parts per day depending on size and geometry. In conjunction with multiple vacuum metalizing systems there are a variety of finishes that can be achived, such as; metalized silver, metalized gold, colored chrome metalized finishes, as well as metallic paint finishes.
